    Welcome to your FREE Peak Core Training Guide.

    The Peak Core Plan is designed for you to workout three days each week, ideally separated by one rest day. For example, for the best results you can complete the workouts on Mondays (Workout 1), Wednesdays (Workout 2) and Fridays or Saturdays (Workout 3).

    You can perform these workouts as a stand-alone, or alternatively bolt them on to workouts you might already be doing. These workouts are designed to be done with nothing more than your own body, so can be conveniently done either at home, outdoors, or at the gym.
